Motorcycle dealership CRM / vertical SaaS MVP

Built a multi-tenant CRM for motorcycle dealerships with catalog management, customer tracking, test ride scheduling, workshop appointments, sales workflows, role-based permissions, pricing and promotion management, and WhatsApp Business integration.

The MVP validated the business with real dealerships and grew into a product with enough surface area to prove the architecture beyond the first demo.

Search infrastructure for large-scale human rights research.

International NGO search and intelligence platform

Fully implemented and executed a search and intelligence platform over a 40M+ document dataset, with Next.js and PostgreSQL/ParadeDB as central pieces, Turbopuffer vector search, AI-assisted multilingual workflows, and a distributed scraping system feeding the corpus.

The system gives legal and research teams a practical way to search, organize, and analyze evidence across a dataset that is too large for manual review.

Long-term technical partnership for safety and compliance workflows.

Multi-platform compliance integration

Built and evolved a coordination system for documentation across seven CAE platforms, including custom API integrations, payment gateway work, ERP connection, document status reporting, and operational tooling around the upload workflow.

Meeting-room marketplace rebuild

Started with a technical audit after a fragile MVP and rebuilt the platform with chain, hotel, and room management, booking workflows, Stripe payments, provider subscriptions, and a no-code admin interface.

Turned a blocked MVP into a production marketplace with end-to-end booking, payments, and administrative control.
