## Consulting work

Selected client work: systems shipped, platforms rebuilt, and technical partnerships that go beyond a nice deck and a repo nobody can run.

Motorcycle dealership CRM / vertical SaaS MVP

Product build for a Spanish vertical market.

Built a multi-tenant CRM for motorcycle dealerships with catalog management, customer tracking, test ride scheduling, workshop appointments, sales workflows, role-based permissions, pricing and promotion management, and WhatsApp Business integration.

The MVP validated the business with real dealerships and grew into a product with enough surface area to prove the architecture beyond the first demo.

International NGO search and intelligence platform

Search infrastructure for large-scale human rights research.

Fully implemented and executed a search and intelligence platform over a 40M+ document dataset, with Next.js and PostgreSQL/ParadeDB as central pieces, Turbopuffer vector search, AI-assisted multilingual workflows, and a distributed scraping system feeding the corpus.

The system gives legal and research teams a practical way to search, organize, and analyze evidence across a dataset that is too large for manual review.

Multi-platform compliance integration

Long-term technical partnership for safety and compliance workflows.

Built and evolved a coordination system for documentation across seven CAE platforms, including custom API integrations, payment gateway work, ERP connection, document status reporting, and operational tooling around the upload workflow.

Running in production since 2020 and evolving as a long-term technical partnership rather than a one-off project.

Meeting-room marketplace rebuild

Audit and rebuild for a Spanish marketplace startup.

Started with a technical audit after a fragile MVP and rebuilt the platform with chain, hotel, and room management, booking workflows, Stripe payments, provider subscriptions, and a no-code admin interface.

Turned a blocked MVP into a production marketplace with end-to-end booking, payments, and administrative control.

    Faitura is a simple, straightforward AI-powered invoice and expense manager for solopreneurs.
  • Pdftion [active]
    Convert any Notion page to PDF with full customization. Free, no login, no tracking. Also Markdown, plain text, and bulk conversion.
  • Courses.so [active]
    Courses.so is an e-learning platform based on Notion. I am working on a fully reimagined 2.0 version.
  • Banco.surf [active]
    Banco.surf allows accessing EU-based bank accounts through a simple REST API. It also implements full integration with Make.
  • MockBody [active]
    MockBody helps generate ecommerce product imagery and body mockups without turning every small catalog update into a design queue.
  • RumbaBook [in progress]
    RumbaBook is a booking product in progress. The kind of thing that looks simple until calendars, capacity, and human behavior get involved.

## Experiments

Small tools, public side quests, and old ideas. Some are useful, some are dead, and a few are mostly here because the internet should stay a little weird.

    Tried productized MVP development. With tried I mean I made a landing page and essentially abandoned the concept.

    A collection of tools I find handy to have online. I keep adding more as I need them. Free, no login, no tracking, nothing.
  • Tipsy Mom [dead]
    Tipsy Mom is a basic tool to keep track of your drinks and always stay in the tipsy zone. Built mostly with GPT-4.
  • Tauleta [dead]
    Tauleta is the missing database editor for Notion. Edit your Notion databases in a familiar spreadsheet interface.
  • Squaretweet Noisy [dead]
    First tool in the SquareTweet project. Noisy tells you who are your noisiest followed users on Twitter. Killed by Musk's API pricing.
  • Hacker News Classics [archived]
    A database of all articles in Hacker News that include a (year) in the title and received over 100 points.
